All Membership Fees and any other charges paid on this platform are considered service charges and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Once payment is made, no refund, cancellation, reversal, or dispute shall be entertained.

The platform’s service responsibility shall be deemed completed once the candidate’s training begins. After the commencement of training, the platform shall not be responsible for employment continuation, salary matters, termination, resignation, company policy changes, or employer decisions.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [ Jhansi ].
